LAVANDULA SUPPORT
INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS
If you are disabled/neurodivergent or a care experienced young person, we can support you to build the skills and confidence to live independently, at home and in your community.
This support can be funded, so it will not need to come out of your own pocket. Not everyone will be eligible, but we can talk you through what's available when we speak.
We understand that everyone's version of independence looks different. We work with you to identify what matters most, and build a plan around that.
How we can help you
Daily Living Skills
Building confidence with everyday tasks like budgeting, cooking, using public transport and managing a routine.
Community Access
Supporting you to get out and about, try new activities and build connections in your local area.
Your Independence
We focus on the goals that matter to you, whether that's independent living, education, or moving towards work.
