Supported employment is a structured approach that helps people secure and maintain paid work in regular employment settings. It focuses on identifying a person’s strengths, interests and skills and providing tailored support such as job coaching. The approach is person centred, emphasising meaningful work opportunities, collaboration with employers and strategies that promote long term job success.
Independence Coaching
We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to build a meaningful career and a life of independence. Our tailored Independence Coaching programme combines a supported employment approach, neurodiversity sensitive practice and a systematic instruction model to help you move from where you are to where you want to be.

– Personalised one‑to‑one coaching, weekly sessions
– A bespoke plan focussed on employment, education/training, independence skills and emotional & social development
– Practical support: vocational profiling, exploring options, building confidence, preparing for work and sustaining employment
– Delivered via your direct payment/personal budget. When you secure employment and meet the criteria, we support the transition to Access to Work for ongoing support if needed.
– Specifically designed for people who need more hands on support to turn their aspirations into reality.

We provide tailored job coaching for supported internships, helping interns gain the skills, confidence, and workplace experience they need to thrive.
Independence Coaching
Our team are trained in Supported Employment Techniques and Systematic Instruction, ensuring support is structured, consistent, and effective.
Follow-Along Job Coaching
For those moving on from supported internships, we offer ongoing coaching if needed. This can ensure a smooth transition, maintain progress and build independence.
Employment Support
When funding is available, we can assist with securing paid employment, offering guidance throughout the recruitment and workplace adjustment process.
