SUPPORT IN THE WORKPLACE

If you are disabled or have a health condition, you may be entitled to funding, through Access to Work,  to help pay for practical support within the workplace.

Using our experience and knowledge of working with disabled and neurodivergent people, we're here to provide you with support and guidance throughout the application process and/or to provide practical workplace support.

If you would like to explore how Access to Work funding could work for you, let's take the first step and arrange a short call with Leona to discuss how we can help you.

COSTING

  • There will never be any cost to you. Our initial phone calls and meetings are free consultations.

  • Access to Work allocate a grant which can only be used for support in the workplace. They decide on how much the grant will be, and make recommendations on how to use it. This money can never be paid directly to you.

  • It is the Access to Work grant that will pay for our services, once we start supporting you in the workplace.

  • We will agree a charging rate with Access to Work, and you and your employer will sign off on weekly time sheets which log how many hours we have worked together.
