After speaking with your employee and deciding we are a right fit, I will schedule a seperate initial meeting with them where I will assess their needs alongside them, and gather all of the information I need to complete their Access to Work application.
I will also arrange to meet with you as the employer, to explain Access to Work support to you, and make sure you are kept informed and on board with the process.
I will then keep in touch with your employee on a weekly basis throughout the application process.

We will then follow their agreed support plan and rota.
I will deal with any admin tasks associated with the Access to Work grant, such as getting 'support worker time sheets' completed for you as the employer to sign.
I will mark the date when their Access to Work package is due for renewal, and support you through that process if it is something they wish to continue.
